1. Any geomembrane entering the construction site should be accompanied by a factory inspection report and a factory certificate, and indicate the production date, batch number, specification and name of the geomembrane.

2. For the geomembrane of the same variety, brand and specification, the sampling quantity is 5 rolls larger than 1000 rolls; 4 rolls of 500~1000 rolls; 3 rolls of 100~499 rolls; 2 rolls of less than 100 rolls.

3. Check the specifications and appearance quality of the geomembrane coils that are sampled.

4. Among the geomembrane rolls with qualified appearance quality, cut a 1m-long geomembrane sample at a distance of 300mm from the end of each roll and seal it, and send it to inspection for physical properties determination.

5. The cemented geomembrane is an indispensable supporting geomembrane in the geomembrane, so it must be sampled together with the coil.

6. Geomembrane of the same specification, variety and brand, every 10 tons is a batch, and those less than 10 tons will be sampled as a batch. Take a 2kg sample, seal the number and send it for inspection.

7. In the two-component polyurethane, 5 tons of component A is a batch, and if it is less than 5 tons, it is also counted as a batch; the batch of component B is correspondingly increased according to the weight ratio of the product. The total amount of samples of components A and B is 2kg, which will be sent for inspection after the sample number is sealed.

8. For single-component products, 3,000 pieces of the same grade and type are regarded as a batch, and less than 3,000 pieces are also regarded as a batch.

9. For two-component products, a batch of 1 ton of the same grade and the same type is used as a batch, and if less than 1 ton is less than 1 ton, a batch is to be inspected; the batch of B-component products is correspondingly increased according to the weight ratio of the product, and the samples are sealed and numbered and sent for inspection.

All imported waterproof geomembrane entering the site should have relevant standards, factory standards, technical indicators, product manuals and re-inspection reports from relevant departments in my country. On-site sampling personnel shall conduct random inspections according to the methods specified above for coils, coatings, sealing pastes, etc. It can be used only after passing the sampling inspection. The geomembrane of the required items for on-site random inspection shall be implemented in accordance with relevant standards or other relevant standards.
