Is the geotextile bonded to the geomembrane a composite geomembrane?
The composite geomembrane uses the plastic film as the anti-seepage substrate and the geotechnical anti-seepage data combined with the non-woven fabric. Its anti-seepage function depends mainly on the anti-seepage function of the plastic film. At present, the plastic film used for anti-seepage at home and abroad, first of all, is polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE). They are a kind of polymer chemical flexible materials with small specific gravity, strong elongation and high adaptability to deformation. . Corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and good antifreeze function. The primary mechanism is that the plastic film is impervious to the earth dam leakage channel, accepting water pressure and adapting to the deformation of the dam with its large tensile strength and elongation; and the non-woven fabric is also a polymer short fiber chemistry. The data, through needle punching or hot-adhesive forming, has high tensile strength and elongation. When combined with plastic film, it not only increases the tensile strength and puncture resistance of the plastic film, but also the rough appearance of the non-woven fabric. The friction coefficient of the touch surface is increased, which is beneficial to the stability of the composite geomembrane and the protective layer. Together, they have good corrosion resistance to bacteria and chemicals, and are not afraid of acid, alkali and salt.
