Steel-plastic geogrids are made of high-strength steel wires (or other fibers) specially treated with polyethylene (PE) and other auxiliaries by extrusion to form a composite high-strength tensile strip with rough embossed surface, which is a high-strength reinforced geobelt. The reinforced geogrids are formed by welding the joints of the single strip, which are arranged at a certain distance between longitudinal and horizontal, and welded by a special strengthening bonding welding technique.
