Production introduction of Split yarn (flat silk)PP Woven Geotextiles:

These are manufactured by weaving flat strands of polypropylene that are created by slitting a plastic sheet.

 

These geotextiles aid in construction over soft or weak soils by providing separation and stabilization and are excellent for park-on/drive-on applications. While they are permeable, slit-film geotextiles perform poorly when a gradient ratio test is performed. Therefore, they can clog. As such, they are not recommended for filtration applications such as bulkheads, erosion control or underdrains. XY 200 is our most commonly used woven slit-film.

 

Function:

(1) Reinforcing effect: It can stably restrict the transfer of the project during prolonged use. The well can transfer the local stress acting on the soil or distribute it to a larger area.

(2) Separation: The geotextiles are used to separate the different geotechnical materials to form a stable interface, and their respective characteristics and overall functions are fulfilled as required.

(3)  Drainage Filtration Function: The woven geotextile can let the water pass through and stop the loss of sand granules. When it is used for drainage, the woven geotextile is placed in the soil with poor water permeability to act as a slow pumping well to push the water along the woven geotextile.

(4) Anti-grass cloth can effectively suppress the growth of all kinds of weeds, has good water permeability and air permeability, so that the root of the air has a certain degree of mobility can prevent the soil hardening lead to poor growth of crop roots, preventing the plant roots Decay and surface area on the surface of the fabric lead to pests and diseases.
